About The Client
Rincon Tropics was created by 6th generation Carpinteria, CA farmer Nick Brown. Growing up on the ranch, and working at the family farmers market booth since he was a teenager, the company and brand are the latest iterations of providing the freshest and highest quality produce directly to consumers in as few steps as possible.
We deliver the farmers market experience straight to your door. We don’t use any sprays or pesticides, organic or otherwise. Cover crops, beneficial insects, and interplanted fields help to reduce the need for any interference and allow nature to produce the best fruit possible.

When Rincon Tropics sought to bring their premium tropical fruit experience to customers beyond their farm, they needed a digital solution as fresh and vibrant as their products. BHM developed a sophisticated e-commerce platform that captures the essence of their family-owned tropical fruit farm while delivering robust online selling capabilities.
The custom website seamlessly integrates multiple revenue streams, including direct fruit sales, innovative subscription boxes for regular tropical fruit deliveries, and digital gift cards for sharing the exotic fruit experience with others. Given the delicate nature of fresh fruit shipping, we implemented a specialized shipping system that ensures optimal delivery timing and handling.
